Where do you ship?

KickCraft currently focuses on U.S. orders. Available destinations, rates and delivery options are shown at checkout.

How long does processing take?

Standard kits are generally prepared within 1–3 business days. Personalized kits are generally prepared within 3 business days. See our Shipping Policy for the full details and current delivery estimates.

When do I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, it is emailed after your order ships. Tracking updates can take several business days to appear.

DIY Kits

Are KickCraft DIY kits beginner-friendly?

Many are designed with first-time makers in mind. Check the individual product page for the project’s skill level, included guidance and age recommendation.

What comes in a DIY kit?

Contents vary by project. Each product page lists what is included so you can see the materials, tools and finished project before ordering.

Do I need my own tools?

That depends on the project. Please check the “What’s Included” information on the product page; anything else you need should be called out there.

Does every DIY kit include a tutorial?

Tutorial availability varies by project. When project-specific guidance is included, the product page or packaging explains how to access it.

Handmade Products

Are handmade pieces exactly identical?

No. Small differences in stitch placement, shape and finishing are a natural part of a handmade item. The product’s overall design, color and intended use remain as shown.

How should I care for handmade crochet items?

Follow any care instructions shown on the product page or packaging. If none are listed, contact us before washing so we can advise you for that specific item.

Tutorials

How do I access my tutorial?

Use the email connected to your website purchase to sign in to your customer account. Tutorial access is connected to eligible projects. See My Tutorials for the current access steps.

I purchased from Amazon. How do I access the tutorial?

Use the QR code included with your eligible kit and follow the instructions in the package. If you need help, contact us with your order number and kit name.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Eligibility depends on the item and its condition; personalized items and opened or used project materials have specific restrictions. Read the full Return & Refund Policy before sending anything back.
