Return & Refund Policy

30-day return request period

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, a standard kit must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all components included.

Items that cannot be returned

Opened or partially used project materials, sorted or separated beads, projects that have been started, and personalized or custom-prepared products cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. This does not limit remedies available for products that arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

Requesting a return

Email yuzhiyuan182@gmail.com before returning any item. Include the order number, the reason for the request, and photos when relevant. Approved returns will receive return instructions and the appropriate return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the product arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, KickCraft will provide an appropriate replacement, missing components, or refund without charging the customer for the resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or after we approve another resolution. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. Processing time after approval can vary by payment provider.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment has begun. Personalized products cannot be cancelled after materials have been prepared for the customer’s design.
