Shipping Policy

Order processing

Standard kits are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Personalized kits are prepared within 3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping to the United States

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7–15 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or an incorrect delivery address.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information by email after the order has shipped. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after dispatch.

Delays

If we learn that an order cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact the customer with an updated estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Address changes

Please review the shipping address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment and are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Customs and import charges

Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import charges. Unless required otherwise by applicable law or stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or if the package arrives damaged, contact us at yuzhiyuan182@gmail.com with the order number and relevant photos. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement or refund.
